低压配电网故障原因及其对策研究

A Study on the Fault Analysis of Low Voltage Distribution Network and Its Countermeasures

低压配电网是供电企业与用户相联系的重要环节,其安全稳定运行将直接关系民生与社会和谐.由于目前部分地区的低压配电网规划设计、建设改造相对滞后,加上基层管理、施工人员的素质和技能水平良莠不齐,以及用户不规范用电等原因,导致部分区域的低压线路及设备依然故障频发,企业及居民正常的生产、生活用电受到影响.因此以国网湖州供电公司近两年低压配电网故障情况的统计与分析为例,找出故障的主要原因,并有针对性地提出相关对策与措施,为降低低压配电网的故障次数、提高供电可靠性提供参考.

Low voltage（LV） network is an important link between power supply enterprises and the users, and its safe operation will directly affect people＇s livelihood and social harmony. But fault occurs frequently among LV network because of the old - fashioned network planning and design principles, the poor quality of personnel and the lack of standardized instructions for users. This paper points out the causes of failure and puts forward solutions by statistical analysis based on the low voltage distribt^tion network faults of Huzhou Power Supply Company in recent two years. It is of great significance to re- duce failure frequency of LV network and improve the reliability of the whole power system.
