摘要 由于覆土沉降,接地引下线被加载一个向下的拉力,螺栓由于受到剪切力的作用而导致接地引下线无法顺利装卸.为解决接地引下线装卸的困难,以杠杆原理为基础,设计一种杠杆式接地引下线装卸器,确定装卸器的尺寸和材料的选择及要求,并制定了装卸器的校验与使用规范.装卸器的应用可确保人身、电网、设备安全,对完善架空输电线路接地电阻测量工作起到积极作用,有效提高了线路的运维水平. Due to the subsidence of soil, the grounding wire is loaded with a downward pulling force, and the bolt cannot be smoothly loaded and unloaded due to the shearing force. In order to solve the dif- ficulty of grounding wire handling, a lever - type grounding wire loading and unloading device has been designed on the basis of the lever principle. And the size and material selection have been made, and the verification and usage specification of the loading and unloading device have been set up. So the applica- tion of the loading and unloading device can ensure the safety of worker, power grid and equipment. For the overhead transmission line grounding resistance measurement it has played an active role in effective- ly improving the level of operation and maintenance of the line.
