构建企业和谐劳动关系的对策路径——基于湖州市的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过问卷发放、实地走访、专家座谈等多种形式,对湖州市构建企业和谐劳动关系的已有成效及其存在问题进行专项调查.结果发现,企业、工会和党委政府在构建企业和谐劳动关系方面都发挥了重要作用,湖州市劳动关系总体上保持了和谐稳定的趋势.但随着转型期经济体制改革与劳动关系的多元化、复杂化,也出现了一些不和谐的因素,如:部分企业创建意识不强、动力不足;工会组织创建效率偏低;党委政府激励引导力度有待提高等.由此提出从企业主动参与、工会积极协调、政府依法引导等几个层面共同打造企业和谐劳动关系,助推企业创新发展. This article investigated the achievement and problems in building harmonious labor rela- tions by questionnaire, field visits, expert discussion and other forms of investigation. The study found that the enterprise, the trade union and the government all have played an important role in building harmonious labor relations. The labor relation has maintained a harmonious and stable trend in Huzhou city. However, with the reform of economic system, diversification and complication of the labor rela- tion, there have been some jarring factors. Some enterprises lack the power to create, and the trade u- nion's working efficiency is low, and the government's guidance is not strong and so on. Based on this background, the article concluded that harmonious labor relations require the joint efforts of the enter- prise, the trade union and the government. And this kind of harmonious labor relations can promote the innovative development of the enterprises.
