Determination of Dioxin in Plastic Shell of Household Appliances

摘要 对家电塑料外壳样品采用加速溶剂萃取仪(ASE)提取,提取液经流体一体化自动净化装置(FMS)过多层硅胶柱、碱性氧化铝柱和活性碳柱分离出样品中的二噁英。采用同位素稀释法和高分辨气相色谱-高分辨质谱联用仪(HRGC-HRMS)测定样品中的17种二噁英类化合物。用该方法分析PCDD/Fs标准溶液,平行四次,结果如下:同位素稀释剂的回收率可达50%~122%,相对标准偏差2.27%~10.41%。应用本方法成功测定了家用电器的塑料外壳中的二噁英,并计算出其毒性当量。该方法可为检测塑料制品中二噁英含量提供参考,具有一定的实用性。 Samples were extracted by accelerated solvent extraction (ASE), cleaned up by FMS including multi- layer silica gel column, alkaline alumina column and activated carbon column to separate dioxins in the samples. The 17 kinds of dioxins were quantified by HRGC-HRMS using isotope dilution methodology. This method analyzed the PCDD/Fs standard solution, the results of the parallel four times were that the recovery rate ranging from 50% to 122%, RSD ranging from 2.27% to 10.41%. The dioxin in the plastic shell of household appliances was successfully determined by this method, and the TEQ was calculated.
