随着高等教育进入大众化阶段,一些城市综合大学在办学过程中走入了"同质化"误区。哈尔滨学院作为十五副省级城市综合大学联盟之一的高校,学科专业建设特色的构建具有必要性和可行性。文章撷取十五副省级城市综合大学个案,阐释学科专业建设特色的内涵和构建路径,从而为城市综合大学特色建设提供有益经验。

The higher education has entered into the stage of mass education. Some city comprehensive universities make the mistake of being homogeneous. Harbin University,as a member of the league 15 sub-provincial city comprehensive universities,the discipline construction is necessary and feasible. With the cases of the league,the connotation and construction approach are expounded to provide reference for the related research.
