城镇化发展对农民不同类型收入的影响研究——基于空间杜宾模型的计量分析

Study on the Influence of Urbanization on Farmers' Income——Econometric Analysis Based on Spatial Dubin Model

在城镇化进程中,促进农民收入稳定增长,是确保全面建成小康社会的重大任务。文章分析了城镇化发展对农民家庭经营收入、工资性收入以及财政性收入的影响路径及其存在的空间溢出效应,并采用空间杜宾模型,分析了城镇化发展对农民不同类型收入的影响差异。研究表明,城镇化发展可以显著促进农民不同类型收入增长,且存在空间溢出效应。具体而言,城镇化发展对农民的家庭经营收入和财产性收入存在负向的空间溢出效应,而对工资性收入存在正向的空间溢出效应。

In the process of urbanization, to promote a steady growth of famer income is the ma-jor task in finishing building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. This paper looks into the way in which the urbanization influences farmers household income wage income and financial income and its spatial spillover effect. Spatial Dubin Model is adopted to analyze the influence of urbanization on the different types of income of farmers . The study shows that urbanization can significantly promote the growth of different types of peasants ’ incomes and the existence of spillover effect. Specifically speaking the urbanization has a negative spatial spillover effect on peasants family business income and property income while a positive spillover effect on their wage income.
