抗分枝杆菌抗生素Fw98-160的HPLC-PDA分析

摘要 目的 对从福州湖底土壤样品中筛到的具有抗分枝杆菌作用的小单孢菌FIM98-160的活性产物进行组份分析。方法 采用HPLC-PDA分析技术。结果 活性粗提物含3个组份,其中组份A的紫外光谱特征,与链霉菌产生的脂溶性抗生素易毁霉素完全一致。结论 HPLC-PDA分析是新药筛选中早期化学鉴别很好的手段。 OBJECTIVE To analyse the components of bioactive compound prepared from the culture broth of Micromonos pora sp. FIM98-160,which was isolated from soil sample in Fuzhou and show anti-mycobacterium activity. METHODS HPLC-PDA was used. RESULTS There are three components in the crude bioactive compound. The UV spectrum of component A is identical with that of fatsoluble antibiotic labilomycin, which has been isolated from theculture broth of streptomyces strains. CONCLUSION The method of HPLC-PDA analysis is useful for initial chemical identification during the course of screening for new drugs.
