自贸区背景下的厦门总部经济发展探析

基于经济发展、产业集聚、区域位置和人居环境等方面的良好基础,厦门总部经济已初具规模,而福建自贸区建设的推动更使厦门总部经济在投资、贸易、金融、政府运作管理和对台交流等方面获得了更大的运作空间。在此背景下,厦门应重点进行制造业和服务业的协调发展,推动传统优势产业走出去,推进物流业和金融业共同发展,并且还应做好与海峡西岸经济区其他区域的协调分工配合,强化政府部门的服务水平,从产业基础、产业发展、配套支持、区域协同及政府服务等方面推动总部经济的发展。

Xiamen＇s headquarters economy begun to take shape based on the economic development,industry cluster,regional location and environment. Construction of Free Trade Area provides Xiamen headquarters economy with greater operation space in the aspects of investment,trade,finance,government management and exchange with Taiwan etc. In this context,Xiamen should focus on the coordinated development of manufacture and service industries and promote the going out of traditionally prestigious industry and joint development of the logistics and the financial industries. On the other hand,Government services shall be strengthened by cooperating with other economic zones on the west coast of the Taiwan Strait so that headquarters economy can be further advanced with the development of the industrial base,industrial development,support,regional collaboration and government services.
