"一带一路"是新常态下我国加强区域合作、转变经济发展模式、提高国际竞争力的重要举措。推动落实"一带一路"建设,离不开金融支持。由于"一带一路"的金融需求具有投资规模大、投资周期长等特征,建议构建市场主导、政策扶持、协同共赢的"一带一路"多元金融支持体系,以市场化为原则,动员沿线国家金融要素,优化区域内金融资源配置,实现沿线国家协同共赢。

The Belt and Road is an important measure to strengthen the regional cooperation, transform the economic development mode and enhance the international competitiveness under the new normal. The implementation of the Belt and Road strategy cannot be separated from the financial support. The Financial support is essential to the Belt and Road strategy. The financial support strategy is not only the inevitable choice of the international economic cooperation in the post-crisis era but also an important way for the financial sector to play a role in the support, optimization and service. At the same time, the promotion of the Belt and Road strategic financial support is urgent, and the enhancement of the financial support and participation of financial institutions are imminent. Because the financial demand of the Belt and Road has the characteristics of a large investment and long investment cycle, the contradictions in the current Belt and Road financial environment are mainly reflected in the imbalance of the capital supply and demand, the small radiation scope of financial institutions and the higher cost of domestic financing. In view of the above analysis, the paper points out that measures should be taken to build a Belt and Road multi-financial support system featuring market dominance, policy support and win-win cooperation. Taking markets as the principle and implementing the policy measures of the Belt and Road strategy, the financial elements of countries along the line should be fully mobilized to optimize the allocation of financial resources in the region, and realize win-win cooperation between countries along the line.
