摘要
自上个世纪90年代以来,俄罗斯的移民政策一直处于不断的调整变化之中,大体走势是时紧时松。最近几年,又有了新的变化,笔者认为,与之前相比,其趋势是更规范、更严格、更理性、更灵活和更便民。
Since the 1990s, Russia＇ s immigration policy has been in a state of change and adjustment, with a general trend of alternating between being tight and relaxed. New development is emerging, however, in recent years.
