一种反射式电光调制器及其在同步零差相干系统中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 提出一种新型反射式电光调制器。为了验证反射式电光调制器在同步零差相干系统中的作用,采用OptiSystem14.0软件搭建了一个40Gbit/s偏振复用的QPSK系统。实验结果表明,本文系统可以较好地接收信号,完成信号的调制与解调,解决了光锁相环问题。反射型电光调制器在系统中的性能优越,有利于实现同步零差相干接收,对实际工程中应用反射式电光调制器具有参考价值。 In this paper,a new type of reflex electro-optic modulator is propose d.To illustrate the performance of reflex electro-optic modulator in synchronous homodyne coherent system,the eff ect of a 40Gbit/s dual polarization quadrature phase shift keying (QPSK) system is emulated with the Op tiSystem14.0software.The exper imental results show that the signal can be received well and the modulation and demodulation of the signal ca n be completed.The system works out the problem of the optical phase lock loop . The performance of the reflex electro-optic modulator in the system is superior.It may be used to achieve sy nchronous homodyne coherent reception system.It will play a guiding role in prac tical engineering.
