摘要
选择两种活性稀释剂烷基缩水甘油醚(AGE)和苄基缩水甘油醚(692)对双酚F型双组分环氧树脂进行改性。两种活性稀释剂的添加都能够有效降低双组分环氧树脂的初始黏度,并且黏度变化变得缓慢,大幅度提升体系的适用期;都使得双组分环氧树脂的力学性能下降,加入AGE力学性能降低得更为明显;都使得固化物的玻璃化转变温度降低,加入692固化物的玻璃化转变温度受影响的程度更低。对于较高的应用领域如电子元器件的灌封,环氧树脂的使用具有一定的指导意义。
The study selected a reactive diluent with alkyl glycidyl ether AGE and benzyl glycidyl ether of bisphenol 692 type F two-component epoxy resin was modified,adding a reactive diluent can effectively reduce the two-component epoxy resin initial viscosity,and the viscosity change becomes slow,the applicable period greatly enhance the system add a diluent;make a two-component epoxy resin mechanical properties decrease,adding AGE to lower mechanical properties is more obvious;the addition of both diluents have made the glass transition temperature of the cured lower 692 solid glass transition temperature of the affected lower degree of these.In higher application areas,such as encapsulation of electronic components,the use of epoxy resin has a certain guiding significance.
