摘要
介绍了聚丙烯腈基碳纤维的合成工艺步骤的研究现状,包括:丙烯腈聚合、聚丙烯腈原丝的制备、聚丙烯腈原丝的预氧化和聚丙烯腈预氧化丝的碳化。重点分析阐述了各个工艺步骤的反应条件对碳纤维性能影响的关键技术问题,并对PAN基碳纤维未来的发展应用提出了建议。
Synthetic process of polyacrylonitrile based carbon fiber mainly includes:acrylonitrile polymerization,Spinning,Pre-oxidation and Carbonization.Each step of the current research situation is systematic introduced.the reaction conditions of each process step influence the key technical problems of the performance of carbon fiber isselective analyzed,and puts forward Suggestions for the development and application of PAN based carbon fiber in the future.
