摘要
欧洲社会经济发展秩序重塑过程中对学徒制重要性的强调,引发了欧洲国家学徒制质量建设的热潮。以"秩序"的价值维、结构维和制度维三个内容向度为理论基础构建欧洲学徒制质量建设推进策略的理论分析框架,并据此将欧洲学徒制质量建设划分为两种发展状态及四个发展阶段。当前欧洲学徒制质量建设总体处于成熟发展阶段并呈现有序发展的状态,且彰显出学徒制内涵实质明确、学徒本位理念凸显、学徒制服务能力强化、学徒制质量保障体系完善等鲜明的个性特点。
The importance of apprenticeship is emphasized in the process of reconstructing social-economic development orders in Europe, which inspires the apprenticeship quality construction in European countries. To study the development strategies of European apprenticeship quality construction, this paper takes the contents of order to build the theoretical framework. According to this framework, we can divide the European apprenticeship quality construction into two forms and four development stages. The latest situation of European apprenticeship quality construction goes into the mature stage, shows ordered development, and presents a series of characteristics, including the cleared apprenticeship definition, the underlined apprentice-based concept, the improved apprenticeship service ability and the developed apprenticeship quality assurance system.
