Research on the Establishment of “3R” Principle of Animal Experiment

19世纪随着人们善待动物观念的兴起,社会公众和科学界围绕"动物实验"问题展开了一场旷日持久的争论。公众质疑以科学的名义残忍对待动物的合理性,科学家们则坚信科学发展离不开动物实验。在科学与伦理的交锋以及科学实践与更大范围的技术——政治相互磋商下,动物实验"3R"原则得以确立。"3R"原则既满足了人们对动物的道德关切,又保障了科学的发展。

In 19th century, in the public~ wake of treating animals kindly, they argued with scientific communities for a long time under the topic of ＂animal experiments＂. The public questioned whether it was rational that scientists behaved on cruelty to animals in the name of science, whereas scientists insisted on the inevitability of animal experiments. As the results of mangle, ＂3R＂ principle was not only between science and ethic, but also between science and a wider range of technology - - society. ＂3 R＂ principle performs a good method which satisfied the public concerning about animals in ethic, as well as promotes the development of science.
