浙江省经济增长质量与数量的耦合分析

Coupling Analysis of the Quality and Quantity of Economic Growth in Zhejiang Province

从经济结构、有效性、稳定性、福利分配和资源环境五个方面构建经济增长质量的评价体系,使用主成分分析方法测度了浙江省1993—2014年的经济增长质量和数量,并利用耦合机制分析浙江省经济增长质量和数量的耦合情况。结果显示:浙江经济增长质量与数量长期处于交替上升状态,现阶段数量主导特征明显;经济结构和福利分配对经济增长质量有着重要促进作用,有效性和稳定性作用逐渐下滑,资源环境的作用在近几年提升明显;经济增长质量和数量耦合度呈上升趋势,现阶段仍未跨越粗放型数量增长阶段,但未来进入高耦合质量型增长趋势显现。

The evaluation system for the quality of economic growth was established in this paper from five aspects:economic structure,effectiveness,stability,welfare distribution and resource environment.The method of principal component analysis was used to measure the quality and quantity of economic growth of Zhejiang Province from 1993 to 2014.And then coupling model was applied to analyze the coupling of quality and quantity of Zhejiang Province.The results show that the quality and quantity of economic growth in Zhejiang are alternately rising in the long term,and at the present stage the quantity is still dominant.Economic structure and welfare distribution play an important role in promoting the quality of economic growth.The effect of effectiveness and stability is gradually declining and the role of resource environment has been improved obviously in recent years.The coupling degree of the quality and quantity of economic growth is on the rise.At this stage,it is still in the extensive quantity of growth stage,but the trend of entering high coupling quality growth is obvious.
