The Research on the Path to Improve Employment Competitiveness of Students in Application-Oriented Universities under New Situation

新形势下大学生就业面临诸如经济运行中政府与市场关系的变化、大学生就业选择的多样性和用人单位需求的变化等挑战。在这样的情况下,应用型本科院校要在对当前大学生就业所面临的现状进行准确把握的前提下,通过大学生培养内容与方式创新、建立和完善就业指导机制及更新就业观念等方面来实现学生就业竞争力的真正提升。

Under new circumstances, employment of university students face lots of challenges such as changes in the relationship between government and market, multiple employment choices for students and the changing needs of employers and so on. Therefore, application-oriented universities need to correctly understand those challenges and practically improving students' employment competitiveness through the creative ways and content in training students, the establishment and perfection of employment instruction system, andthe updating employment concept and the like.
