摘要
针对某火炮协调器在摆弹过程中遇到的故障问题,采用虚拟样机技术进行研究。利用ADAMS和AMESim软件建立协调器虚拟样机模型和液压系统模型,通过联合仿真,结合实验数据进行校核,并通过设置摩擦、电机电压、液压缸内泄露等故障进行仿真。对比故障仿真结果与正常仿真值,得出不同故障参数对仿真结果的影响。结果表明:该方法可更真实、准确、有效地研究协调器的动态特性,可为故障诊断与维修提供参考依据。
Aiming at the fault problem of certain type gun coordinator during the swing process, the virtual prototype technology was used to study the problem. By using ADAMS and AMESim software, the virtual prototyping model and hydraulic system model of the coordinator were established. The correctness of the prototype was verified by co-simulation combined with the experimental data. The fault was simulated by setting friction, motor voltage and leakage in the hydraulic cylinder. The simulation results were compared with the normal simulation values, and the influence of different fault parameters on the simulation results was obtained. The results show that the method can be more real, accurate and effective to study the dynamic characteristics of the coordinator. It can be used as a reference for fault diagnosis and repair.
