摘要 针对移动式承载平台底盘承载能力不足,爬坡性能差等问题,设计一种履带式移动承载平台的底盘。详细描述底盘机械结构关键零部件的设计过程,根据履带底盘运动学理论,对其牵引性、抗侧翻性及爬坡性能进行运动学分析,针对水平承重能力及爬坡性能进行ADMAS仿真以验证理论计算的数据。仿真结果表明:该履带底盘具有可靠的承载能力、爬坡性能良好、展开迅速,能适应多样的环境地形,可作为侦查、探测及防爆作业的搭载平台。 In view of the problems of insufficient bearing capacity and poor climbing performance of the mobile bearing platform, a crawler chassis of mobile bearing platform is designed. Describe the design process of the key components of the chassis mechanical structure in detail, according to the kinematics theory of crawler chassis, the kinematics analysis is carried out on its traction, anti-rollover and climbing performance, and the ADMAS simulation for horizontal bearing capacity and climbing performance is carried out to verify the theoretical calculation data. The results show that the crawler chassis has reliable bearing capacity, good climbing performance, and rapid deployment and can adapt to complex working environment and can be used as a platform for observation, detection and explosion prevention work.
