基于ADAMS的万向着发机构敏感度仿真

摘要 针对子母弹上配备的子弹药多采用无制导引信,对万向着发机构敏感度进行仿真研究。建立基于ADAMS的万向着发机构的动力学模型,探究在不同的惯性材料密度、不同弹目相碰着角和不同惯性力大小的条件下该机构惯性运动与时间的关系,分析依托该机构模型的触地响应装置的可行性。结果表明:惯性装置的密度材料和着角大小均对该机构作用敏感度有一定影响,在合适条件下较高密度材料的惯性装置对提高机构的敏感度起着积极作用。 The ammunition of shrapnel often adopts unguided fuse, carry out simulation research on omni directional mechanism sensitivity. Establish dynamic model of omni directional firing mechanism based on ADAMS, research the relationship between inertial motion and time under different inertial material density, collision angle among different ammunition and different inertial force. Analyze the validity of touch ground response equipment of the mechanism model. The results show that material density of the inertial equipment and the collision angle have influence on the sensitivity of the mechanism, and the higher density material of the inertial equipment plays an active role in improving the sensitivity of the mechanism under the suitable condition.
