摘要
信息化背景下,计算机信息系统集成管理受到了企业的高度重视,通过合理的系统设计,能够提升信息管理效率,实现对企业现有客户资源的整合利用。而在计算机信息系统中引入项目管理的概念,对于企业管理的科学化与高效化意义重大。本文从计算机信息系统集成项目管理特点出发,就项目管理在计算机信息系统管理中的运用进行了分析和讨论。
Under the background of information technology,computer information system integration management has been highly valued by enterprises. Through reasonable system design,it can improve information management efficiency and achieve the integration and utilization of existing customer resources of enterprises.The introduction of the concept of project management in the computer information system is of great significance to the scientific and efficient management of the enterprise.This paper analyzes and discusses the application of project management in the management of computer information system from the characteristics of the integrated project management of the computer information system.
