摘要
国内油田在聚驱规模不断扩大和水驱普遍含聚后,采出水处理站的过滤器在实际生产过程中陆续出现了不同程度的问题。因此,开展了核桃壳过滤器与石英砂双滤料过滤器结构改造,调整原过滤器内部集、配水系统的结构,从结构特点、反洗方式、应用效果等方面进行对比,优选出滤后水质和反洗效果较好、实际生产中出现的问题少且维修维护工作量小、成本较低的过滤器。其中,从核桃壳过滤器中优选出伞形罩式、迷宫式、大筛管式过滤器,从石英砂双滤料过滤器中优选出齿状搅拌式、集污斗式过滤器,为今后工程中过滤器的选用提供指导与借鉴。
With the increasing enlargement of polymer flooding scale and the common containing of polymer in water flooding,filters in treatment stations for produced water go wrong successively in prac-tical production process. Therefore, structural transformation of walnut shell filters and quartz sand fil-ters with double filter materials are conducted.Structures of internal water collecting and distribution sys-tems of the original filter are adjusted,and comparison is taken from aspects such as structure characteris-tics, backwashing types and application effects. Then filters with good filtered water quality, good backwashing effect,few problems in practical production,little maintenance workload and low cost are selected out. Among them, the umbrella type, maze type and big screen type filter are selected out from walnut shell filters,and the dentate stirring type and sewage collection bucket type filter are selected out from quartz sand filters with double filter materials, providing guidance and reference for the selec-tion of filters in future projects.
