摘要 SCADA系统趋势图是进行趋势分析、判断管道运行状态的重要手段和依据。由于简单趋势图功能单一且提供信息量有限,不能使调度员迅速地获取有价值的信息,为此开发了功能型趋势图。多参数趋势图能够将反映管道运行状态的几个模拟量数据点的历史趋势同时绘制在一张趋势图中;全线运行参数趋势图是将全线站场某些能够直接表明管道当前运行状态的关键参数进行整合,使趋势曲线显示在一张图中。结合具体实例分析了两种趋势图的功能和作用,结果表明,两种功能型趋势图能够满足调度管道生产运行需要。 SCADA system tendency chart is the important means and basis to analyze pipeline trend and tell pipeline operation conditions. The function of the simple tendency chart is simple and the amount of information provided is limited,so it could not make the controller obtain valuable informa-tion quickly, so the functional tendency chart is developed. The multi-parameter tendency chart can draw the historical trends of several analog data points that reflect the operating status of the pipeline in one tendency chart. The whole line operation parameter tendency chart integrates all the key parame-ters of all stations that could directly indicate the current operating conditions of the pipeline, and makes the tendency curve show in one picture. Functions of the two kinds of tendency charts are ana-lyzed with real examples. Results show that the two kinds of functional tendency charts can meet the needs of pipeline production and operating dispatch.
