摘要
密封装置在大型储罐运行过程中至关重要,储罐运行过程中密封不严会引发火灾、爆炸、油品损耗、环境污染等事故。分别从密封产品、储罐本体、油库运行管理、外界环境因素等方面对大型外浮顶原油储罐密封装置在实际使用中的不利影响进行全面分析,并根据分析结果提出了多项控制措施,主要包括控制施工进度及施工安装质量,在浮盘周围增设密封托板,优化储罐密封装置结构形式,安装安全包带等。通过近几年在鄯善储备库储罐清罐检修期间采取上述控制措施,提高了大型储罐密封装置的密封性及可靠性,降低了装置故障发生率,延长了装置使用寿命,控制效果显著。
The sealing device is very important in the operation process of large-scale storage tanks. The sealing failure during storage tank operation process will induce accidents such as fire, explosion, oil product loss and environmental pollution.The adverse affects of sealing devices of large-scale exter-nal floating roof tanks in practical use are fully analyzed from factors such as sealing products, storage tank bodies, oil depot operation management and external environment. According to analysis re-sults, several control methods are proposed, mainly including controlling the construction schedule and installation quality, adding the sealing pallet around the floating roof, optimizing the structure of the tank sealing device and installing the safety belt.In the recent years,these control methods are tak-en during storage tank overhaul period in Shanshan Reserve Warehouse, which improve the sealing performance and reliability of the sealing device of large-scale storage tanks,reduce the occurrence rate of equipment failure,extend the service life of the sealing device and have outstanding control effect.
