摘要
我国油田开采设备主要为游梁式抽油机,其运行时功率因数低、电能浪费严重,严重影响电网供电质量。抽油机节能装置采用电力电子变换技术,实现PWM(脉冲宽度调制)可控整流、单位功率因数运行、抽油机下冲程时实时高功率因数电能回馈至电网等功能,优化供电质量、节约电能。进行了MATLAB/Simulink仿真,验证系统设计的可行性,并且制作了设备样机在油田现场进行节能试验。测试结果表明,32号井年节电量为3.35×10~4kWh,43号井年节电量是1.94×10~4kWh,节能效果显著。
The main oil extraction equipment in our country is the beam pumping unit,which has low power factor and serious waste of electric energy.The quality of power supply of power grid is seriously affected.The energy saving device of the pumping unit adopts the power electronic transformation technology to realize the PWM(pulse width modulation).Control rectifying,unit power factor operation,power factor feedback of high power factor to power grid and other functions when pumping unit down stroke are realized.The supplying electricity quality is optimized and power is saved.The simulation has been done in the MATLAB/stimulant.The correctness and feasibility of the system are proved fully.The prototype has been made and the performances of the energy-saving control device is tested in the oil field.Field tests show that the annual electricity saving of well No.32 is 3.35×10~4 kWh and the annual electricity saving of No.43 well is 1.94×10~4 kWh,which shows significant energy-saving effect.
