摘要
油田注水站注水机组冷却效果差,清水损耗量大。通过提取注水联合站污水余热,建立水源热泵系统,可供建筑冬季采暖,替代燃气炉采暖;夏季实现空调制冷,并利用吸热原理对注水电动机冷却水降温,替代冷却塔。应用水源热泵技术可节气28.6×10~4m^3/a,节约清水0.1×10~4m^3/a,节约费用13.55万元/a。
The cooling effect of water injection machine in Oilfield water injection station is not good and large volume of clean water.By extracting water station general sewage waste heat,a water source heat pump system is established,which can provide building heating in winter instead of gas furnace heating.In summer,it can realize indoor refrigeration function.By utilizing endothermic principle to drop the temperature of cooling water motive in stead of cooling tower,this technology can save annually gas by 28.6×10~4 m^3,clean water by 0.1×10~4 m^3 and cost by 135 thousand and 500 yuan.
