摘要
葡萄花油田某区块渗透率低,地层压力高,部分油井由于出砂严重导致无法正常生产,影响产量完成,应用以往的水泥固砂工艺存在注不进去或注入后返吐留塞的风险,施工成功率低。据统计,2014—2015年施工11口井,成功3口,成功率仅27.3%;因此,为解决该类井出砂问题,探讨应用新型树脂固砂工艺。该工艺采用"五段塞"注入法,利用树脂液与固化剂在地层反应生成树脂固化物,与地层具有很好的粘连性,起到防止地层出砂的作用。2017年现场试验7口井,措施成功率100%,平均日恢复产油5.1 t,截至2017年11月初累计恢复产油579.6 t。按目前油价计算,创造经济效益140万元,投入产出比1∶1.33。
The permeability of a block in Grape oilfield is low and the formation pressure is high.Due to the serious failure of sand production in some wells because of serious sand production,the effect of the existing cement sand production process is low.The construction success rate is low.According to statistics,the construction of 11 wells in 2014—2015,the success rate is only 27.3%.Therefore,in order to solve the sand problem of this kind,the new resin sand consolidation technology is discussed.The process uses the " five-slug" injection method,the resin liquid and curing agent in the formation reflect the formation of resin curing,and the formation has good adhesion,play to prevent the formation of sand from the role.In the site test of 7 wells in 2017,the success rate of the measures is 100 %,the average daily recovery of oil production refer,the cumulative recovery of oil production of 209 298 by early November 2017,according to current oil price calculation,creating economic benefits of RMB 140,the input-output ratio of 1: 1.33,is still valid.
