摘要
集油系统是油田耗能大户,随着油田的不断开发,地面系统布局发生变化,地面设施效率降低,导致能耗水平不断攀升。鉴于上述情况,分析了站内加热炉及站外集油系统存在的问题,对集输系统进行节能测试,评价用能状况,找出造成系统效率低、能耗高的主要因素。实践证明,站外系统可通过优化集油环走向,缩短集油半径,减少系统热能损耗,提高集油效率;站内加热系统可应用涂膜等节能技术提高燃烧效率;通过加强优化运行管理,做好站内外系统温度调控来实现节能降耗的目的。应用这些技术与管理措施,年可节气470×104m3,降低了油田开发成本。
The oil gathering system consumes large energy in oilfield.With the continuous development of oilfield,the layout of ground system changes and the efficiency of ground facilities is reduced,which leads to the rising of energy consumption level.Therefore,the problems existing in the station heating furnace and off station oil collection system are analyzed.The energy saving test of the gathering and transportation system is carried out,the energy consumption condition is evaluated,and the main factors affecting the system efficiency and energy consumption are found out.Practice has proved that oil gathering efficiency of out of station system can be improved by optimizing oil gathering ring direction,shortening oil gathering radius and reducing heat loss.For the heating systems in station,the energy-saving technology such as filming can be applied to improve the combustion efficiency and the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption can be achieved by strengthening the optimal operation management and controlling the temperature of the system inside and outside the station.Through technical and management measures,the annual saving of gas can be 470×10~4 m^3,which reduces the cost of oil field development.
