摘要 特殊螺纹接头在油气开采中起着连接并密封管柱的作用,在开发过程中需要经过严格的测试。而有限元方法的应用可以减少这些环节,提高效率。通过有限元分析方法研究特殊螺纹接头的结构完整性及密封完整性,分析了宝钢BGT2特殊螺纹接头在100%压缩载荷以及循环载荷作用下的接头性能,以及同规格产品在小接箍尺寸下的接头性能。分析结果表明宝钢BGT2产品满足100%压缩载荷要求,同时在循环载荷下具有稳定的气密封能力;同规格小接箍产品与常规产品相比较密封性能未有下降。 Premium connections connect and seal tubular strings in oil and gas exploitation, and would undergo rigorous testing in the designprocess. The FEA method can reduce the development cost and improve the development efficiency. The structural integrity and seal integrityof Baosteel BGT2 premium connections were studied by finite element method with 100% compression load and cyclic load. Smaller ODconnections were also analyzed. The analysis results show that the BGT2 products meet the requirements of 100% compression load, andhave a stable gas sealing capacity under cyclic load. The sealing performance of the products with smaller OD is equal to the regular ones.
