摘要 对不同层数玻纤带增强的复合管进行了短期爆破压力测试,并采用力平衡法推导出了纤维复合管在不受温度影响下的短期爆破压力计算公式。短期爆破压力随着增强层层数的增加而增大,比较了两张情况下的短期爆破压力计算结果,计算结果说明了玻纤带层数的增加可以导致短期爆破压力增大,同时还发现复合管发生的是轴向破坏,内衬层对复合管的爆破压力不能忽略。 The short term burst pressures tests for the thermoplastic composite pipes reinforced by glass fiber tape with different plies wereconducted, and the short term burst pressure calculating equations for the composite pipes without temperature effect were derived by forcebalance method. The short term burst pressures were increased with the increment of the plies, and the calculation results were compared forthe two conditions. The calculation results showed that the increment of glass fiber tape plies could lead to the increasing of pressures, andthat the axial damage was occurred. Finally, the short term burst pressure of the inner affected for the composite pipe cannot be ignored.
