摘要
某油田注水区块的镍磷镀防腐N80油管在服役108个月后发生了严重的局部腐蚀。通过腐蚀形貌观察和腐蚀产物分析,确定了镍磷镀油管发生腐蚀的原因。结果表明,镍磷镀层含孔隙缺陷,镀层局部厚度太薄以及溶解氧、Ca2+、Mg2+、Cl-等腐蚀介质的作用导致内表面镀层发生了腐蚀破坏并大面积剥落,镀层剥落后,N80油管发生了严重局部腐蚀。
Severe local corrosion occurred on N80 tubes with Ni - P plating after 108 months of service on an oil field. Measurement and inspectionwere performed on the morphology and composition of the corrosion products of the N80 tubes in order to analyze the failure causeof the N80 tubes. The results indicated that the Ni - P plating failure was attributed to pores, the local thickness of the Ni - P plating wastoo thin and the role of the corrosive m edia(Q , Ca2+ , Mg2 + , Cl - , etc. ) leaded to corrosion and spalling of the inner surface plating. Afterspalling of the plating, the N80 suffered catastrophic local corrosion.
