基于坡道识别技术的电动汽车换挡控制策略

摘要 装备自动变速器的汽车其换挡控制策略直接影响到汽车的实际道路行驶性能表现。以某装备两挡自动变速器的微型电动汽车为研究对象,分析了该车在坡道上行驶时产生循环换挡现象的内部原因。针对出现的换挡循环情况,采用渐消记忆最小二乘法对坡道路况进行识别,并基于该坡道识别方法对变速器的换挡策略进行了相应的修改。仿真分析的结果表明,添加坡道识别后的策略对坡道的适应性大大增强,消除了换挡循环情况,提高了汽车的道路适应性。 For vehicles equipped with automatic transmission, the shift control strategy can affect its driving performance directly. A micro electric vehicle equipped with two speed transmission was used as the research object. The cause of shift cycle, when running on the ramp, was analyzed completely. The fading memory of the least square method was adopted to identify the ramp condition, and the shift strategy was corrected to avoid shift cycling. The simulation results show that the adaptability of the modified shift strategy on ramp is greatly enhanced, the running on the ramp was eliminated, improving the adaptability of road.
