介绍了日照港30万t级原油码头输油臂自动脱离系统,对输油臂在使用过程中自动脱离系统出现的故障进行论证分析,提出了输油臂自动脱离系统的改善方案和异常情况的预防措施。完善了紧急脱离装置、连锁控制系统和综合保护措施。
In order to make the tanker in berthing operation separate timely from the oil arm in abnormal situation, the oil arm needs to be equipped with emergency release device. The automatically release system of the oil arm in Shihua 300000 DWT crude oil terminal, Rizhao harbour, is introduced. The emergency release device and its automatically release working principle of the double butterfly valve structure between civil and abroad is compared. The improvement plan and the preventive measures aiming at the automatically release system are put forward.
