摘要 提出了一种基于离散元理论的散料输送用皮带机最大输送角度优化技术,阐述了皮带机最大输送角度同散料物料特性及其相关影响因素的关系,并通过试验及离散元三维模拟技术进行分析,获取可行的最大输送角度。与传统输送角度设计选型结果进行实践对比,该方法在保证工程实施运行效果良好的情况下,获得了明显的经济效益,可为工程建设布局、降低工程投资提供参考。 An optimization technique using maximum belt conveying angle for bulk transportation is introduced based on discrete element theory. The theory about relationship between the maximum belt conveying angle and bulk materi-al properties along with its related factois is described, and the maximum feasible conveying angle could be acquired by ex-periment and discrete element 3D simulation technology. Compared with results of design and selection of the traditional conveying angle, this way is found to obtain the obvious economic benefits besides ensuring the project to operate well, in which a valuable reference will be provided for guiding the layout of engineering construction and reducing project invest-
