职业院校学生参加职业技能竞赛具有增强职教吸引力、增强学校影响力、诊断学校教学质量等重要价值。同时,职业技能竞赛承载了大局意识、团队精神、职业素质、心理素质、意志品质等德育内涵。通过科学、正确地领会开展大学生职业技能竞赛的价值和意义,明确竞赛蕴藏的德育内涵,提出大学生职业技能竞赛德育目标实现的主要途径:抓好竞赛文化建设,明确德育目标实现的核心任务;优化指导教师队伍,构建德育目标实现的组织保障;实施精准宣传引导,打造德育目标实现的有效载体。

Vocational college students' participation in occupational skills competitions has important value such as enhancing the appeal of vocational education,strengthening the influence of schools,and diagnosing the teaching quality of schools.At the same time,occupational skills competitions carry the moral education's connotation of the overall situation,team spirit,professional quality,psychological quality,will quality and so on.Through scientifically and correctly grasp the value and significance of students' occupational skills competitions,making the moral education connotation of competition clear,this paper puts forward some ways to realize the moral education purpose of college students' occupational skills competitions,which include to play special attention to the competition of cultural construction to clear the central task of moral education goal,to optimize the guidance of teachers to construct moral education goals of the organization guarantee,and to do accurate propaganda guidance to build effective carrier of moral education goal.
