高职院校艺术设计专业人才培养思路探索——从“专注技术”到“注重创意”

Exploration on Talent Cultivation Ideas of Art Design Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges:From "Focus on Technology" to "Focus on Creativity"

目前中国经济环境和人才市场对艺术设计人才的需求和评价标准已发生较大变化,从数量需求转变为质量需求。在此情况下,传统高职院校艺术设计专业培养出来的学生,已不能很好地适应市场需求。通过对目前国内经济环境和人才市场对艺术设计专业毕业生的需求分析,提出高职院校艺术设计专业人才培养的新思路,即,高职院校艺术设计专业教育观要从专注技术教学转变为注重创意能力的培养,让艺术设计教育在技术与人文之间找到平衡点。

At present,the Chinese economic environment and the talent market have undergone great changes in the demand and evaluation criteria for artistic design talents,which is to change from the quantity demand of cultivation to the demand for quality.Under this circumstance,graduates under the education model of traditional higher vocational colleges have not adapted well to the market demand.Through the analysis of the current economic environment and the talent market for the art design graduates,this paper puts forward some new ideas for the cultivation of art design talents in higher vocational colleges.The professional education of art design in higher vocational colleges should be transformed from the focus on technical training to the cultivation of creative ability,so that art design education can find a balance between technology and humanism.
