高职学生就业诚信的优化策略研究

Study on Optimization Strategy of Employment Integrity of Higher Vocational College Students

在国家大力发展高等职业教育的背景下,对当前高职学生就业诚信的现状进行研究,通过分析影响高职学生就业诚信的因素,提出提升高职学生就业诚信的策略及建议,完善高职院校诚信教育体系,培养身心健康的应用型技能人才,为我国诚信社会的建设奠定基础。

Under the background of developing higher vocational education,this paper studies the current situation of higher vocational college students' employment integrity.Through the analysis on factors of higher vocational college students' employment integrity,this paper puts forward some strategies on improving higher vocational college students employment integrity,so as to improve the honesty education system in higher vocational colleges,cultivate physical and mental health of the higher vocational applied talents,and lay a foundation for the construction of good faith society in our country.
