The Empirical Study on the University Entrepreneurship Ecosystem during the New Normal Period

大学生是创新创业的未来生力军。针对新常态下高校人才培养的生态新要求,本文通过对大学生创业生态系统的构建分析,以浙江大学为实证,探索建立高校、政府和企业三方面联动机制,提出大学生创新创业生态新举措,以期为激发高校人才培养内生动力的范式提供可行性的新方案。

Undergraduates would dominate the force of both entrepreneurship and innovation. Talent cultivation in universities is facing the new challenge during the new normal period. By analysis of the construction of college students＇ entrepreneurial ecosystem, we explores the establishment of linkage mechanism with universities, government and enterprises, and creates the new impetus for the sustainable development of college students,with a view to providing a feasible scheme to stimulate the paradigm of cultivating endogenous motive force in universities.
