摘要
创新能力培养是当代大学生素质教育的一个重要内容,本文结合教学研究中的实际情况和突出问题,从转变观念、加强交流、制定规划、优化方法四个方面探讨了高校教师在学生素质培养过程中所发挥的作用和具体实施策略。
The cultivation of innovative ability is an important content of quality education of contemporary college students.Combining with the current situation and particular problems in teaching research, this paper discusses teachers＇ role and specific implementation strategies in the course of students＇ quality training through four aspects, including changing the concept, reinforcing communication, making a plan and optimizing methods.
