高校思政课渗透融合职业素养教育的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on the Infiltration and Integration of Professional Quality Education into Ideological and Political Education Courses in Colleges

高职院校作为培养高技能人才的主阵地,肩负培养建设中国特色社会主义强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦主力军的重任。因此,提高和强化高职学生职业素养教育无疑是高校思政课的重要内容。本文依托高职院校"思想道德修养与法律基础"和"毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论"两门主干课程,充分利用历届劳模、大国工斧以及新时代职业精神等案例和素材,有针对性地开展高校思政课渗透融合学生职业素养教育,从而对学生良好职业素养的形成起到随风潜入夜、润物细无声的效果。

As the main front for cultivating highly skilled talents,higher vocational colleges shoulder the important responsibility of training the main force for building a powerful socialist country with Chinese characteristics and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Therefore, to improve and strengthen the professional quality education of higher vocational students is undoubtedly an important part of ideological and political education in colleges. Based on the two main courses of ＂Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis＂ and ＂Introduction to the Theoretical System of Mao Zedong Thought and the Theory of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics＂, taking full advantage of the cases and materials such as the previous model workers, the craftsmen of the great nation and the professionalism of the new era, this paper pertinently infiltrate and integrate professional quality education into ideological and political education in colleges, so as to subtly promote the formation of students＇ good professional quality.
