浅谈微格教学中评课技能的培养——以思想政治学科为例

A Brief Discussion on the Training of Lesson Assessment Skills in Microteaching: Taking the Ideological and Political Discipline as an Example

评课是教师专业成长的有效途径,评课技能是师范生必须具备的一种课堂教学技能。微格教学将课堂教学技能细化为多个板块,能够更加有针对性地对师范生的评课技能进行实践训练。本文在总结当前思想政治课微格教学的评课技能培养过程中存在问题的基础上,结合现代多媒体技术的发展,提出了相应的解决对策。

Lesson assessment is an effective way for teachers＇ professional growth, and lesson assessment skills are classroom teaching skills all normal university teachers must possess. Microteaching divides classroom teaching skills into multiple sections, which is more targeted on the practical training of normal university students＇ lesson assessment skills. On the basis of summarizing the existing problems in the training of lesson assessment skills in the microteaching of ideological and political course, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures in light of the development of modern multimedia technology.
