资优生参与体育活动的态度及动机研究

摘要 学生体质连年下降已经成为社会关注的焦点,为了化解问题、发挥引导,更好地推动广大学生参与体育活动,由此探讨资优生参与体育活动的态度及动机。利用文献分析、深度访谈和数理统计等研究方法,对上海中学、南洋模范中学、位育中学、市二中学和南洋中学的50名资优生进行调研,发现资优生参与课外活动的情况能够显著影响他们的文化课成绩。但是学习压力过大和家长、教师对体育的漠视成为了他们参与到体育活动中最大的制约因素,最后有针对性地提出了相关建议。 Students' physical decline year after year has become the focus of society. In order to resolve the problem, guide and better promote the participation of students in sports activities, we explored gifted students' attitudes and motivations of participating in sports activities. Using the methods of literature analysis,in-depth interviews and mathematical statistics, we surveyed 50 gifted students in Shanghai High School, Nanyang Model High School, Weiyu High School, Shanghai No.2 Secondary School and Nanyang High School and found that the participation of gifted students in extracurricular activities can significantly affect their grades in culture courses. However, excessive learning pressure, parents' and teachers' indifference to sports have become their greatest constraint to participate in sports activities.Finally, we made relevant recommendations.
