本文从教学秘书工作的内容和性质出发,着重分析了当前民办院校教学秘书工作效率偏低的原因,并提出了提高民办院校教学秘书工作效率的对策。

Based on the content and nature of the work of teaching secretaries, this paper analyzes the reasons for the low working efficiency of teaching secretaries in private colleges and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the working efficiency of teaching secretaries in private colleges.
