The Problems of the Unemployed University Graduates and the Career Instruction

高校毕业生人数的连年攀升,形成了大学生劳动力市场日趋严重的结构性矛盾。解决高等院校毕业生的就业问题,不仅是关系到提高高校就业率的问题,更关系到社会的长治久安。本文从理论与现实结合,从国家与社会、高校与指导者、家庭与学生多角度出发,分析该问题的客观与主观成因,给出多维度的对策建议,尝试找出解决该问题的新方法。

With the shift from popularization to generalization of higher education, the number of university graduates has been on the rise in recent years, which leads to the structure contradiction between labor market and college students. To solve the problem of unemployed students after graduation concerns not only the problem of improving employment rate of college, but also the peace and safety of the society. Integrating theory with practice,this article will analyze both the subjective and objective causes of the problem from multiple perspectives of nation and society,college and instructor, and family and students. Furthermore, it also provides countermeasures and suggestions of multiple dimensions, trying to find out the new solutions for the problem.
