摘要
使用问卷对企业员工的职业延迟满足和成就动机现状及其关系进行调查,结果发现:(1)员工的职业延迟满足和成就动机水平整体偏高;(2)员工的成就动机和职业延迟满足水平及三个维度之间均存在显著的正相关。因此,企业可根据员工的职业延迟满足和成就动机水平来对其进行管理和岗位安排,从而使员工能更好地发挥自身潜能,实现企业和员工的双赢。
Questionnaires were used to investigate the status quo of employees' occupational delay of gratification and achievement motivation and their relationship. The results showed that:(1)Employees' levels of career delay of gratification and achievement motivation are generally high;(2) There is a significant positive correlation between employees' levels of achievement motivation and occupational delay of gratification and the three dimensions.As a result, companies can manage and position employees according to their levels of career delay of gratification and achievement motivation, so that employees can better tap their potentials and achieve a win-win situation for both employees and enterprises.
