冀朝鼎“基本经济区”概念的商榷

A Discussion on Ji Chaoding's Concept of "Key Economic Areas"

冀朝鼎先生在《中国历史上的基本经济区与水利事业的发展》一书中提出了"基本经济区"的概念,阐明了中国历史上经济发达区域对政治斗争所起到的作用及经济重心转移问题。然而这一理论夸大了区域经济发展对于王朝更迭等政治变动的影响,忽视了历史进程中多种因素的合力作用。本文在对冀朝鼎先生"基本经济区"概念阐释的基础上,认识其局限性,并且结合史实对"基本经济区"概念进行辨析。在中国传统社会,发达地区的经济资源能否转化为政治上的优势,主要取决于其所建立的是何种社会体制。

Mr. Ji Chaoding put forward the concept of ＂key economic areas＂ in the book ＂The Development of Key Economic Areas and Water Conservancy in Chinese History＂, and clarified the role and economic play of the economically developed region in the history of China Focus shift problem. However, this theory exaggerates the influence of regional economic development on political changes such as the dynasty, and ignores the synergies of various factors in the process of history. On the basis of the interpretation of the concept of ＂key economic areas＂ by Mr. Ji Chaoding, this paper discusses its limitations and analyzes the concept of ＂key economic areas＂ with historical facts. In traditional Chinese society, the economic resources of developed areas can be transformed into political advantages, mainly depends on what kind of social system it has established.
