摘要
为解决中冷器内部流动不均匀的问题,提出了具有整流装置的中冷器概念。基于计算流体力学方法,对具体的无整流装置和有整流装置的两种中冷器内部流场进行了比对分析。结果表明:具有整流装置的中冷器可有效提高中冷器内部气流的流动均匀性和温度分布均匀性。在此基础上,中冷器的冷却能力得到提升,同时提高了发动机的燃油经济性。
In this paper, aiming at the problem of poor internal flow uniformity in CAC, the concept of CAC with distributor is proposed. Based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, the structure of the two CACs is analyzed. The results show that the CAC with distributor can effectively improve flow uniformity of airflow inside the CAC and improve uniformity of temperature distribution of the CAC. On this basis, cooling capacity of the CAC is improved to improve fuel economy of the engine.
