摘要
为提高变速箱装配质量,保证整机性能满足设计要求,在综合分析变速箱装配工艺和特点的基础上,提出了变速箱装配质量动态控制与预测系统(AQDCFS),并对控制系统的体系结构和功能模型进行了介绍。详细分析了基于公差带的质量数据标准化技术、PSO-BP神经网络技术等关键使能技术。在以上理论的基础上开发了原型系统,并以某变速箱生产车间为应用背景,验证系统的实用性和可靠性。
In order to improve the quality of transmission assembly and ensure the performance of the whole machine to meet the design requirements, based on the comprehensive analysis of the transmission assembly process and characteristics, the paper puts forward the dynamic control and forecasting system (AQDCFS), whose structure and functional models are introduced. The paper analyzes the key enabling technologies in details, including data standardization technology based on tolerance belt, and PSO-BP neural network, etc. According to the technologies, a prototype system is developed, and using a production workshop for the application background, the system's practicality and reliability are verified.
