基于HyperMesh的副减震器支架结构设计

摘要 结合三轮汽车副减震器支架的设计,将CAE技术引入副减震器支架结构设计开发领域,建立了零部件的三维数字化模型,并用静力学的方法解决动力学的问题。针对车辆使用过程中发现纵梁加强板撕裂的问题,使用有限元分析软件,优化了车架纵梁、车架纵梁加强板及副减震器支架的结构,提高了零部件可靠性。通过与实际试验对比,验证了有限元分析结果与实际情况的吻合性,并以此指导设计,取得了较好的效果。 According to secondary bracket for tricycle shock absorber, with CAE technology introduced into secondary shock absorber bracket design and development, a three-dimensional digital model of parts is established, and static method is used to solve dynamic problem. To solve the problem of laceraction in production process, finite element analysis software is used to optimize the structure of longitudinal plate, longitudinal reinforcing plate and shock absorber bracket, and improve component reliability. By comparing with the actual test, it’s proved that finite element analysis result is in accordance with the actual conditions. Design guided by this achieved good results.
