天然气输气管线波纹管膨胀节开裂原因分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文针对DN200天然气输气管线波纹管膨胀节进行了化学成份分析、硬度测量、磁性测量,并进行了裂纹部位金相组织分析、断口分析和能谱分析分析,分析表明波纹管材质的化学成分符合相关技术条件,在波纹管内腔峰底区有明显的因剧烈变形而发生部分奥氏体的马氏体转变,使该区域硬度增高、韧度降低,波纹管内、外表面均有沿晶状沟槽,深浅不均,深处呈腐蚀形态;深沟处残留有Cl离子以及较高含量的S元素,在拉应力条件下,造成应力腐蚀开裂,内腔峰底区因变形诱发局部马氏体相变及残留拉应力促进裂纹的萌生及扩展。
